It can be used to quickly create full-bodied brown sauces, meat juices and reductions, or to enhance the flavor of simmered dishes.
This concentrated, professional-quality brown stock is prepared from carefully selected roasted meats, vegetables and herbs, then slowly reduced to release all their aromas. It offers an intense, well-balanced taste, without being overly salty, giving you the freedom to adjust the seasoning to your liking.
An 800 g jar makes it possible to prepare a large quantity of sauce, while guaranteeing perfect cooking properties: no phase shift, no artificial texture. Ideal for traditional catering, for take-away sauce dishes, or even at home to spice up a simple roast or pan-fried vegetable dish. What’s more, the packaging is practical: resealable, shelf-stable and suitable for regular use.
Dosage:
- Sauce base: 40 g per liter of water
- Bouillon base: 20 g per liter of water
Composition: Flavour / starch / wheat flour / maltodextrin / salt / spices / yeast extract / partially hardened sunflower oil / E-150c colorant (2%) Use: 1.dilute the indicated quantity in cold or hot water 2.whisk until perfectly blended 3.boil for 5 minutes until completely dissolved 4.remove from heat and use as required
