Thanks to this mix, it’s ready to use, ensuring regularity and consistency in your production, whether in a professional workshop or in artisanal production.
It’s easy to use: just add the right amount ofspices to your meat mixture, before pushing and cooking. In fact, this blend is designed to guarantee a clean, slightly garlicky taste, typical of charcuterie cooked the old-fashioned way, with a long finish.
