ORLAV Force Plus is a powerful professional cleaner, specially designed for intensive maintenance of ovens, fryers, grills, hoods and other surfaces heavily soiled by cooked or charred grease. Available in an economical 5-liter format, this product is designed for foodservice professionals and caterers, as well as demanding local authorities and craftsmen.

Thanks to its ultra-concentrated formula, this stripper effectively attacks burnt-in grease and stubborn residues, without the need for intensive scrubbing. It’s fast-acting and saves precious time for end-of-service cleaning, where performance is essential. This product is designed for use on hot or warm (non-burning) surfaces, for optimum action.

Use an alkali-resistant sprayer or a sponge, but we strongly recommend you wear protective equipment (gloves, goggles) during application. After just a few minutes, the grease will lift off, leaving your surfaces clean and ready for use.
