Create original festive desserts with the Spiral Roll 1100 Silikomart Professional Christmas Yule log mold. This pastry kit allows you to create magnificent frozen logs and entremets with an elegant spiral design, ideal for bringing a professional finish to your creations.

With dimensions of 25 × 8 × 6.7 cm and a capacity of 1,100 ml, this silicone log mold is perfectly suited for making desserts to share during the end-of-year holidays.

Its unique feature lies in its textured silicone mat, which creates a spiral relief along the entire length of the log. The kit also includes a smooth mat, offering the possibility to vary the finishes according to your desires.

Furthermore, the platinum silicone elements are flexible and resistant, facilitating unmolding after freezing while preserving the details of the design.

The Spiral Roll 1100 Kit stands out for its embossed design, which transforms a classic log into an original pastry creation.

Thanks to the textured mat, you obtain a surface composed of regular spiral lines. This pattern brings movement to the dessert and particularly highlights shiny glazes and velvet finishes.

You can thus create various gourmet recipes:

Moreover, the smooth mat included in the kit allows for desserts with a more classic finish. You therefore have several presentation possibilities with a single kit.

The Spiral Roll 1100 silicone log mold is composed of several elements allowing for the creation of desserts with a regular shape.

It includes a plastic base, a silicone mat with a spiral design, a smooth silicone mat, and two silicone end caps to close the ends.

The plastic base keeps the elements in position during filling and freezing.

The silicone end caps facilitate the shaping of the log’s ends.

Thus, you can prepare your mousses, bavarois, and frozen desserts while obtaining a consistent shape and a neat finish.

Important: the plastic base is not oven-safe. The assembled kit is intended for cold preparations.

Made in Italy by Silikomart Professional, this kit is equipped with elements made of 100% food-grade platinum silicone.

The silicone is distinguished by its flexibility, resistance, and ability to return to its initial shape even after being folded.

Additionally, the silicone elements withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C. They can therefore be used separately in the freezer or oven, depending on your recipe’s needs.

The silicone is also BPA-free and PFAS-free, according to the information on the packaging.

Thanks to its reusable design, this pastry log mold is suitable for both professionals and enthusiasts wishing to regularly make homemade desserts.

Finally, the silicone elements are easy to clean, simplifying their maintenance after use.

To begin, choose the silicone mat corresponding to the desired finish: the textured mat for a spiral design or the smooth mat for a classic presentation.

Then install the mat in the plastic base, then position the two silicone end caps at the ends to form the mold.

Pour a first layer of mousse or frozen preparation. You can then add a fruit, chocolate, or creamy insert to bring more flavor to your dessert.

Complete with the rest of your preparation, then optionally finish with a biscuit or crunchy base.

Place the assembly in the freezer until the log is firm enough to be unmolded.

Finally, gently remove the various silicone elements to reveal the design. You can then apply a mirror glaze, a velvet spray, or add chocolate decorations.

Warning: never place the plastic base in the oven.

The mold allows you to create a log 25 cm long, 8 cm wide, and 6.7 cm high, with a capacity of 1,100 ml.

Simply use the textured silicone mat provided in the kit.
